This Contract applies to the purchase of Digitech Systems products (including, but not limited to, PaperVision® Enterprise and ImageSilo®), Contex Document Imaging Software, Kodak Alaris Scanning Software, FORWARD Sync Platform, DataXport’s software products and related services (including needs assessment, project management, installation, configuration, solution architecture/design, and other support services; as well as manufacturer’s professional services). Software Return Policy:
Manufacturer Digitech Systems offers evaluation versions, available via download prior to purchase. All returns must be pre-approved. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all authorized returns.
Contex and Kodak hardware-related software are usually sold bundled along with hardware. Once shipped, hardware is non-returnable.
FORWARD Sync software is SaaS and is offered as part of an overall implementation. Demos are offered in advance to allow customers to become familiar with features, functionality and offerings before programs are implemented. Once approved, designed and launched, no refunds are offered. Programs may be suspended and depending on effort involved thus far and stage of implementation, each case may be independently reviewed to make a determination of what will apply.

Contex Extended Warranties are offered separately in addition to the hardware purchased. Scanners come with 1-year Parts Only Warranty.
DataXport Services Warranty:
Any services to be provided by DataXport shall conform to the standards generally observed in the industry for similar services. Service levels will be in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations or orders.

DataXport guarantees its services based on information provided in writing with the original purchase order and agreed to by both parties; and offers at no additional cost to replace defective electronic media/re-process all documents or data that do not meet the agreed quality standards. DX guarantees 99.5% accuracy on Document Imaging and Data Processing Services.
